I had a rhinoplasty about 8 months ago so most of my swelling has gone. Above the tip of my nose there is a bump, you can see it once pointed out and it is more prominent when I smile. My plastic surgeon has advised me its cartilage from the spreader grafts used. He has advised me if I wish he can go in and fix it but he is anxious too as it could cause a dint and a pinched 3rd? Im not sure what this would look like and need advice as I am unhappy at present but dont want to ruin my face. Help?!
