Can I do nose tip lifting local not full anesthesia !? How much in CA? LA, Orange County or Beverly Hills only. (photos)

Question

I did a rhino on may 2016 without any changes in my nose , the nose is narrower now but my main concern was the tip to be lifted. Nothin changed since then, I paid almost $9000 and that was all my savings so I can't afford another surgery, can I do tip lifting without the need of total anesthesia!? I mean in Dr's clinic only!? My sister did that in Dubai and the results are perfect "!? Looking for Dr's in LA, OC, Beverly Hills only plz. Please provide me with the total cost. Thnx

Dear Sa7ar.h,From the photos you have posted, the tip of your nose can be rotated up and this can actually be done under local anesthesia with some sedation in the office and the cost will be much less than rhinoplasty. Your tip can be raised and slightly deprojected and this can be done under local  anesthesia  in the office. See  A very experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon for this. The cost can be determined once you are seen since there are many variables but much less than a full rhinoplasty.
