You have a little fullness in your supratip, but not a pollybeak deformity. Your surgeon could try triamcinolone injection to see if edema would resolve. Otherwise wait a full year before revision. Thanks for your post and photos. You do not appear to have a true polly beak deformity, although I can appreciate your concerns regarding the supra-tip region of your nasal bridge as being too full. A minor revision may offer you additional enhancements. At 11 months, you can begin to plan for a possible revision now. You do not have a true polly beak but their is some fullness just above the tip. Tip projection does appear good. Slight reduction of your profile would be beneficial.
