Do I have polly beak deformity? 11 months post-op. (photos)

I am 11 months post-op from my first rhinoplasty. The area that concerns me is the area above my tip, which is convex as opposed to straight or slightly concave. If I do have pollybeak deformity, when would be a good time to have a revision rhinoplasty? Many thanks in advance for your responses.

Thanks for your post. I true polly beak deformity develops when the dorsal cartilage is removed at a low level and the skin reacts with scar tissue replacement. Steroid shots often help. Other possible causes are retention of too much supra-tip cartilage, seen more commonly with closed...

The nose will continue to heal for 1 year after surgery.  I would be patient and let your nose heal.  The tip may become more symmetric over that period.  If there remains significant asymmetry you could consider a revision surgery at that time.  The goal of a rhinoplasty is not perfection, but...
