Had an open rhinoplasty 1 year ago. My surgeon refined nasal bone spurs from multiple breaks, small work to the tip (pinched the 2 sides together to reduce slightly visible separation), shortened the projection and lifted a bit, & columellar strut. Happy with everything, except the tip lift. It's just a little too much, and I'd like a revision to lower it back a bit. Would this be a complicated procedure - open or closed approach? And is it worth it - or would it fall some naturally as I age?
