Ulthera or Exilis Ultra?

Is Ulthera or Exilis Ultra more effective for facial skin tightening/lifting? Thank you :)

Ultherapy is the more commonly used treatment, but this does not make Exilis a bad procedure.  Both are subtle and for patients without a signifiant "turkey waddle."  Without an exam, it will not be possible to fully evaluate you and give you recommendations. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified.  I've attached a link where you can start your search.

Ultherapy is a great device for skin tightening, but works best in combination with other treatments like lasers, RF treatments, microneedling/PRP, Nova threads, or sculptra to get increased collagen, tightening and improve skin tone. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Hi and thank you for your question! We have no question found Ultherapy to be MUCH more effective than Exilis for skin tightening/lifting. Ultherapy requires just one treatment, once per year, with very little to no downtime. An in person consultation is recommended to determine if its the best treatment for you, but overall we have the most dramatic non-surgical results with Ultherapy, more than any other treatments we have used. Best, Dr. Grant Stevens
