They are offering this at my spa for $299. I just did my upper face for $450 250 shots with the 3 cm. The deal is up in 2 days. Is this worth it? Can it really lift the upper lip to make it more full? How many shots are typical for this area? The receptionsist said 25. How can that be 25 for $299 and $450 for 250 shots? How much does each shot typically cost, nevermind the overhead, etc, just the shot itself? The zap or whatever?

Thank you for your question! The 4.5 mm transducer goes deeper and is better for skin lifting. The 1.5 only treats the epidermis and dermis layer and tightens the skin.
The 1.5mm transducer is the most superficial Ultherapy transducer and works best for superficial "crepey" type skin. Ultherapy works best when used in combination with other treatments. I don't think it's a good choice for the abdomen or flanks. There are better treatments out there for those...
