With the degree of skin laxity in the abdomen that I see in the picture, you will be disappointed with results from all nonsurgical treatments. It may not be what you want to hear, but a tummy tuck is the way to go.

This can be effective when combined with other non-surgical treatments, like PDO nova threads. However,  best treatment for this is a surgical lip lift. Cost will vary. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Thank you for your question! The 4.5 mm transducer goes deeper and is better for skin lifting. The 1.5 only treats the epidermis and dermis layer and tightens the skin.

The 1.5mm transducer is the most superficial Ultherapy transducer and works best for superficial "crepey" type skin. Ultherapy works best when used in combination with other treatments. I don't think it's a good choice for the abdomen or flanks. There are better treatments out there for those...
