I had Ultherapy done above and below the eyes about 7 weeks ago. Now have eye bags? (photo)

Question

One side is perfectly fine, the other side developed an obvious bags and also a "groove" going downward, it looks like a have a raised triangle on that side. I would like to know if there is a way to correct the problem. Thank you

Thank you for posting the photos. Ultherapy is a powerful tool which  destroys the weak Type 3 collagen  and stimulates new healthy collagen such as Type 1 collagen. The results take at least 6 months. Ultherapy does not correct  volume loss, most people need volume replacement with fillers along with Ultherapy for optimal results. Express your concerns with your physician, check out your before and after photos after 6 months.

It can take 6-12 weeks for final results with Ultherapy. Keep in mind, a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with treatments like Ultherapy. I recommend Ultherapy with RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP or sculptra to get increased collagen, tightening and improve skin tone.  I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

You are still in the collagen stimulation stage and I would wait for some more time to see how the two sides settle down and then will need consultation to see how to fix the area of concern. While the inflammation is on going its common to have two sides of the face to look different. I recommend no intervention for good 4 months.
