7 years post op - Should I consider a revision? Concerned about how my nose healed (photos)

Hi there. I had a primary closed rhinoplasty done in Aug 2016. It looks like it hasn't healed properly on one side. Some days are more noticeable than others. I spoke to my original surgeon, who said it's fine and I run the risk of collaps with revisions. I would love some expert advice from Australian plastic surgeons. I had my original done in USA. I'm Aussie, but I was over there at the time. Cheers.
