What kind of surgery do my eyes require to make them symmetrical again?

Hi all, What kind of surgery do you guys recommend? I personally feel like there is a huge difference between 2015 and 2022 and would love to have my eyes symmetrical again. My plan is to first go to my GP to see if it’s not a medical issue and if everyone is okay then i want to make an appointment with a plastic surgeon. I want to prepare myself and gather as much information as possible :)

While some asymmetry of the face and eyes is normal if you have ptosis of one eyelid (sagging of the eyelid)  surgery can be effective in improving this. Ptosis repair involves tightening of the levator muscle to eliminate eyelid drooping. If excess upper eyelid skin is hooding the eye and needs to be eliminated, an incision is made in the crease at the top of the lid and excess fat and skin are removed. The incisions are closed and sutured on the underside of the skin. This surgery can be performed as an outpatient with iv sedation.  I suggest making an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in ptosis repair.
