Is deep plane facelift includes temporal lift or it's normally separate procedures with separate prices?

I'm 45 and considering both deep plane facelift and temporal lift. I had done liposuction on the jowls that I regretted. It makes the whole face looks undefined since I have high cheekbones. I would love to have a deep plane and temporal lift and I would like to know if the deep plane procedure includes fat grafting within the procedure.

I see your concern but you are pursing your lips in the after picture. That makes it hard to tell what things actually look like. Also if you had fat injected it could be from the fat which often goes away with time
