Yes, you can be a candidate, but only for a small / subtle BBL. At your size, there is limited fat available, so the result would be modest shaping rather than a dramatic increase. In that sense, I would advise to keep your goals realistic. If you want more volume, weight gain or focusing on liposuction only contouring may be better options.

Based on what you’ve shared, yes , you can be a candidate for a BBL, but it would likely be shape-focused BBL rather than a high-volume one. At 5’2” and 120 lbs, you’re on the leaner side, which changes how a BBL is approached, not whether it’s possible.

Having large flanks and a lower abdominal pooch is actually important here, because those are excellent donor areas. In shorter patients, even modest fat in the flanks and lower back can yield enough volume to noticeably improve butt shape once it’s strategically redistributed

Yes!!! You are a perfect candidate in my opinion. A BBL doesn’t always have to be about size. That said, there will still be a size increase in your case, though maybe not dramatic, it will be noticeable. But that is not a problem! Most importantly, there will also be an improved ratio between your butt, hips and waist making your entire body look better.

So liposuction of your tummy, waist, flanks and back will certainly yield more then enough fat for great results. We can reduce the waist line and the saddle bags plus fill out the hip dips. This will give you a more curvy hourglass figure will still looking fit. This means that the overall shape of your butt and the rest of your body WILL improve dramatically. And this is were the results will be really visible!

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection.
