i'm 25F, 5'7", 155lbs. i've had liposuction twice; stomach and inner thighs, and then a fat transfer to breasts from thighs, stomach, bra roll and hips. i usually weigh around 140lbs, but am struggling to get weight off. i'm considering a BBL to shrink my waist and make my hips more proportionate.

Dear arterialized,

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Most likely yes, but I need to evaluate remaining donor areas. Scar tissue from prior lipo affects where we can safely harvest. Many patients think they “have no fat left,” but we often still find strategic areas to pull from.
