Order that protects your hairline goals• Do the brow lift first, then reassess the true hairline position once swelling settles• Plan the hair transplant 9 to 12 months later so the scalp position and blood supply are stable and graft counts are accurate• If the main goal is a lower hairline, discuss whether a trichophytic hairline advancement or a combined approach would suit your anatomy before committing to transplant alone
Combining eyelid and brow surgery• Upper blepharoplasty is often combined with a brow lift to avoid repeated anesthesia
Where the BBL fits• Keep the BBL in a separate session with a team that follows strict safety protocols• May timing after a February brow lift is reasonable and gives recovery time between areas
Sleeping positions and recovery• After brow lift or blepharoplasty: sleep on your back with the head elevated for 1 to 2 weeks• After BBL: avoid pressure on the buttocks, sleep prone or on the side with cushions for 2 to 4 weeks• With your schedule the positions do not conflict
Anesthesia and spacing• There is no fixed lifetime limit, yet it is safer to space major procedures by at least 6 to 8 weeks, longer if healing is slow or if blood work needs to normalize• Minor scalp procedures like hair transplant are typically done with local anesthesia and do not conflict with this timing

In the end provider selection is going to be the most important variable.
I suggest you focus your efforts on finding the right provider to be working with.
During in person to consultations, you can be guided to make good decisions regarding what are appropriate procedures to do and in what order.
We typically don’t have restrictions after BBL for more than three weeks and you need about that much time before you have another procedure anyway.
Each provider will have a different view on this so it’s best to find the right provider first.
