Your photos show prior body-contouring changes, modest buttock projection, some lower-back/flank fullness, and breast shape asymmetry; photos cannot measure donor fat thickness, skin laxity, scar quality, or implant pocket support. A BBL may be possible if you still have enough safe, pinchable fat in areas such as the flanks, lower back, abdomen, or thighs, but prior tummy tuck and lift surgery can limit both donor sites and how much contour change is realistic. The key question is whether your goal is more buttock volume, better hip contour, or tightening of loose tissue, because fat transfer adds volume but does not lift loose skin. If there is significant buttock or thigh laxity, a lift-type procedure may be more appropriate than simply adding fat. For the breasts, larger implants usually do not fix shape problems by themselves and can sometimes make bottoming out, sagging, asymmetry, or wide spacing more noticeable. Breast improvement would need an exam to assess implant position, fold support, skin envelope, nipple position, and whether revision lift or pocket repair is needed rather than just a larger implant.
