I am 5ft 3 126 lbs. I want a small increase in butt size and projection. I'd like to remove my c section pooch, knee and inner thigh Lipo as well as back and an section . hoping for more defined abs and legs. I've been to one consultation Dr says he can get 300 to 400 ccs fat for grafting yo each side and insert fat into dimpling area of butt to improve appearance of dimples . is 300-400 cc enough?
Answer: Lipo + BBL Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).Kind regards

Answer: Is 300 cc to 400 cc fat transfer enough for small but still noticeable difference with BBL? (Photo) 300 cc is an extremely small amount. I have transferred over 2000 cc per buttock and the percentage that remains is 50 to 75%. In smaller women, 600 cc may be OK, but I usually transfer 1000 cc or more. 300 cc will make very little difference after swelling resolves and fat resorbs.

Answer: Is 300 cc to 400 cc fat transfer enough for small but still noticeable difference with BBL? (Photo) Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. To determine the right amount of CC's to transfer in a BBL, an in-person consultation is in order, because it depends on a number of factors. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)

Answer: BBL It is hard to say without an in person consultation or more pictures. However, you appear to have enough fat to harvest and transfer to attain the buttock you want. Furthermore, a mini tummy tuck would be efficient in removing the 'pooch' and high definition VASER liposuction can be used to abdominally etch you, creating "abs". A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist can help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD,FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee

Answer: Grafted volume 300 to 400 mL of fat is exactly what you described. It’s a conservative modest augmentation. You posted nice pictures but they didn’t include your bottom so we can’t really address assessing you in regards to this procedure.I would say 400 mL per side is enough to see the difference but not enough to have a significant change.look for long-term results on before and after pictures of women who had similar BMI or body contours to your own.I typically do you liposuction of the full torso as one anatomic unit in order to leave people with a normal fat distribution that is even inconsistent throughout their torso.A full torso includes upper abdomen, lower abdomen, love handles, waist, back and armpits or under arm area.sometimes the months pubis and lower back are added.I often also do you liposuction of the front bra roll and go all the way to the lateral aspect of the breast giving the breast better definition off the chest wall. The amount you describe are about half of what I would typically graft. you can look at some of my before and after photos on real self and imagine half of that result.Fat transfer is not a good procedure for correcting cellulite or treating dimples. It can’t make these worse and rarely makes them better. Dimples or cellulite are caused by connective tissue bands that pull on the skin and don’t stretch with increased volume. Because the surrounding tissues expand with the added fat the connective tissue bands pull the skin in further deepening the divot. Perhaps your surgeon knows something I don’t. It’s important to discuss exactly where you want the volume placed. I would look carefully at lots and lots of your providers before and after pictures. When doing so please confirm that after pictures are always taken at least three months from the date of the procedure in order to show honest real results. Results are drastically different early on after the procedure and I’m not representative whatsoever of final results.I don’t want to make statements about other providers skills and competence. There’s also certain ways people describe things that are subjective. The above statements are just based on general observations from years of experience. There is a significant variance in outcomes among different providers such as your provider carefully.without seeing a picture of your bottom we can’t really say anything specific about what would work or not work for you. The above statements are just general concepts I’ve learned over the years.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
