Hello! I am 1.76 and 74 kg. I have a weird body shape with love handles and very little fat on the buttocks. I am wondering if my love handles can be completely removed with lipo and is it also possible to get an hourglass figure with my body shape? And do I need more fat for a bbl or less? Answer: Am I a candidate for a BBL? Can my love handles be completely removed and can I have an hourglass figure? (photo) If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposucion to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same. The thinner patient requires an expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth. There are a lot of women who can get nice results from the BBL despite thinking that there is not enough fat. Schedule an email, Skype, or in-office consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in thin patients. Do not recommend that you gain weight but maintain your stable weight.
