It’s simply a name they came up with for liposuction and fat transfer procedures. It is only a name. They could’ve called it water sculpt and it would be the same thing, liposuction with fat transfer.The risk of the procedure is outlined in the consent form they will provide you on the day of surgery. If you want to know the list of risks involved and ask for the consent form in advance.The risk most providers and patients worry about is a fat embolism that has been shown to be a problem with a BBL procedure. there are techniques to lower the risk of this one single complication.The biggest risk patients should worry about is the competence of the provider. In your case this means the specific individual surgeon who will be doing your procedure not the reputation of the company.
