Brow lift without muscle reduction - will this provide good results? (Photos)

Is it not recommended to perform a trichophytic brow lift without debulking the muscles? I have dry eyes and also don't like feeling "paralyzed." Out of an abundance of caution, I would like to do the lift without reduction of muscle. Surgeon does not recommend but will do what I want. Am I going to be disappointed? I have a lot of extra forehead skin and skin laxity.

I have to warn you, you do not have a crooked nose, it is perfectly aligned with the main axis of your slightly and naturally asymmetrical face, this can't be corrected, don't accept promises of alignment that won't be fulfilled; just happens one half of your nose is smaller than the other...
