Filler in the columns and cupid's bow themselves will give the appearance of a shorter upper lip in most patients. Answer: Improving Lip Symmetry and Shape with Lip Augmentation--Fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Volbella), Implants, Fat, PDO Nova Threads You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical and full lip. PDO Nova threads can also be used to improve shape and provide lift.
