I have the same problem that is shown in upper portion of this picture,know the bottom picture the the Botox correction of her asymmetry. My question, is there a surgical, perminate way fixing something like this

However, hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm are a great way to help improve volume and symmetry of the lips and typically results last between 6-9 months. As HA fillers are not permanent you can have them dissolved with hyaluronidase if unhappy with the results.
