Recommendations on how to look more youthful? (Photo)

I’m 53 and have lost a lot of fat in my face. I want to do anything that will make me look more youthful. I prefer solutions that last longer than a year or two. I’m 5’5” and 125lbs. Thank you.

There has been injury to a branch of the facial nerve. It might recover further. Consider Botox on the other side to try to even things out

20-30 pound weight loss is significant. It will affect your facial appearance. It would be best to obtain a stable weight that you like, then be evaluated for a lift. Most likely a procedure to address the deeper strtuctures that have laxity would be best. Bottom line: lose the weight...

I generally prefer to conduct a physical examination first, but from what I can gather from your photos, you seem to be a suitable candidate for lower facelift surgery. Correcting the area known as jowls in the lower part of your face with a facelift will make you look younger and healthier....
