Will braces affect my nose job?

unknown567875242
I just got my braces in. The dentist said that I'll be needing to use elastic rubber bands, because I have an overbite. My bottom teeth will go out and top will go in. Another thing, I really want to get a nose job. Without telling anyone. Not even my family. I don't even want my dentist to know since its the same dentist my family uses. I'll be using rubberbands in 6 months. Should I wait to get a nose job after braces or can I get it now. Because I really want to shape my nose.
