I appreciate your question. I perform a liposuction breast lift that removes tissue from the areas you don't want such as near the armpit and the lower portion hanging near your stomach. Once I use this to shape the breast I then remove the skin to tighten the breast and create a better shape with nice cleavage. Since I perform this less invasively the recovery time is faster. The size would depend on the proportion with your body versus going for a cup size. It works very well if there are asymmetries. I can also use the removed fat as a natural breast augmentation by grafting the fat back into the breast to create more projection or into the top to create more cleavage. This procedure can also be combined with an implant if needed or wanted. It should not affect nipple sensation, mammograms, cancer risk or breast-feeding. If you gain or lose weight, the transferred fat can do the same. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic plastic surgery. Best of luck! Dr. Schwartz Board Certified Plastic Surgeon #RealSelf100Surgeon #RealSelfCORESurgeon
Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another. Thank you for your question and helpful photo.A small reduction on the larger breast will help with symmetry. It appears you have solid breast tissue that will help with upper pole fullness if The Bellesoma Method is used. I have attached a brief video that shows the amount of perkiness and lift is achieved with The Bellesoma Method. TBM never requires implants or a vertical incision (which can be very visible on dark skinned patients). The work horse of TBM is a uniquely designed internal support system (without mesh or other synthetic materials) that anchors the breast higher on the chest and ensures longevity of the lift. The ability to breast feed and nipple sensitivity are both preserved as this technique does not require the formation of a pedicle. The absence of a vertical incision makes healing much quicker. I hope this helps.Best wishes and kind regards,
Thank you for your question and photos. A breast lift would improve the shape and appearance of your breasts. Incisions are used to raise your nipple and to remove excess skin. I would recommend a small reduction. Removing weight from your breasts helps the lift last longer. Find a board-certified plastic surgeon, so that you can learn more about the procedure and decide how best to proceed.
Hello, thank you for your question and helpful photo. It appears that you have a very low nipple position that can be corrected with a breast lift. The breast lift procedure will elevate the nipple and lift the breast to a more youthful position on the chest. And, yes this will also correct the gap between your breast, providing a nicer looking cleavage. Make sure you have an in office consultations with board certified plastic surgeons to be properly evaluated and to discuss your options.
I would suggest you consider a breast augmentation and reduction alternative. This would reduce the low hanging breast tissue and use a breast implant to create fullness up top where you want it. This is a specialized procedure so use care when considering your surgeons experience.
You are a good candidate for a breast lift. As the other consultants have said, this will give you perkier breasts with smaller nipples in a higher position. The gap between your breasts would be about the same I think although the shape of each breast will be improved and that alone may change how you think about the gap. Be sure to have good communication with your plastic surgeon and discuss your desires and expectations with him or her. Good Luck!
and though a lift alone would help, it will not have the staying power to stay that way over time. If you wanted the perkiest breasts to withstand the test of time, I would recommend a reduction and augmentation but this has it's downsides too. So invest in a consultation and get an idea of what a lift alone will do versus reduction and augmentation. The scars are the same.
Hi Madison and thanks for the question and photosI believe you would absolutely benefit from a breast lift and yes it would prove the shape and form of your breasts, including the perception of excessive space and the location of the nipple on the breast mound. Your areolas are large and very medial and this increases the perception of sagging so repositioning and re-sizing the areoles will significantly improve the aesthetic appearance of your breasts.I would recommend that you see a board certified Plastic Surgeon of a face to face consultation to discuss your options.Good luckKind regardsDr Mark Hanikeri MBBS, FRACSSpecialist Plastic Surgeon (Board Certified)Perth, Western Australia

Yes, good to keep your bra on and to avoid direct pressure on the breasts. Use common sense and "listen to your body"…
Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. In our office, we use a protocol for scars that minimizes their activity in the 6-8 weeks after surgery. If you have late plastic surgery scars, you may also require laser and...
If it is cream, it should be OK, however, I speak with your surgeon. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Boa...
