If it's skim only removed then the reality is that applying pressure From compression or stretching Should not cause any issues. However if You had Skin and breast tissue removed then you will likely need more healing time To make sure that the underlying breast tissue heals appropriately and that your scar does not stretch. I would recommend wearing a sports bra if you choose to have it after two weeks cannot laying on them or getting them squeezed.Other than that there should be no restrictions as A typical breast lift does not involve Any muscle manipulation. involve not laying on your chest or having to use your chest muscles in any extraordinary way.  And a sport bra worn is good advice and its hands off your breasts as a 'gentle' squeeze here could lead to catastrophe.  Be careful but its doable and should be okay after 2 weeks post-op as long as you are not exerting yourself in an excessive way.

Yes, good to keep your bra on and to avoid direct pressure on the breasts. Use common sense and "listen to your body"… 

The simple answer is if it hurts, don't do it. Most patients wait about a week or so, but use your common sense. Overactivity within a week to 10 days after surgery has been known to cause late bleeding. Thank you for your question.

I typically allow my breast lift patients to resume sexual activities three weeks to a month after their surgery, so I suggest you do the same. Take it slow at first and avoid too much breast manipulation until your breasts have settled after two months.
Just about any position is fine as long as it doesn’t apply too much pressure on your incisions. But for maximum comfort, you may want to just lie on your back first.
Always attend your follow-up checkups with your reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon.
