Procedure with least downtime? I really want a BBL but I cannot take much time off work, what can you suggest?

No question, the SAL and Fat transfer to your breasts is a faster recovery than buttock augmentation for most women. I would wait 3 months or longer between your surgeries.

Most patients do not need to take one month off from work,however, it is important to avoid direct sitting for at least 2-4 weeks after surgery. Most patients use pillows once they have to return to work to modify their sitting and keep pressure off of the fat cells.  I would recommend waiting about one month after your gall bladder surgery before having any elective surgery. Consult with a few experienced board certified plastic surgeons to get a good physical exam to be sure you are a good candidate for this procedure.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

If you had your gallbladder removed laparoscopically I would recommend that you wait 3-6 months for recovery and healing of your incisions.  Usually you would want to have the liposuction and BBL done at the same time to ensure that there is enough fat to provide the desired augmentation.  Depending on the type of work you do, I would recommend taking 1-2 weeks off of work.  Most importantly, follow the postop instructions of your plastic surgeon.
