Question

I had a tummy tuck and lipo with fat trasfer the 8 and today is the 13, I just notice this mark on top of my tummy tuck. Is something I need to be concern? Does not hurt. Please help!

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph and congratulations on your tummy tuck procedure!  Though nothing replaces an in-person examination, the purple mark appears most consistent with a bruise that should clear itself in 10-14 days.  If the area worsens you should reach out to your physician for an in-person evaluation.

Thank you for your question. It is somewhat difficult to discern from your photo what "funny" mark you are talking about. As you are not quite yet even a week post-op, you are extremely early in the healing process, and the appearance of your incision and scar will continue to rapidly change and improve. If you have continued questions or concerns, your best bet is to contact your board-certified plastic surgeon's office.
