Was it to liposuction enough fat to transfer to the breasts OR was it primarily to perform liposuction of the flanks and outer thighs and transfer some to the breast. This conversation needed to happen between you and your surgeon prior to the procedure. Either way, please follow up with your plastic surgeon to express your concerns.

After Liposuction surgery, 3-9 months you still see progress in the performance of the surgery. After 1 month yiu will still have swellings and it is still early to say something about the final result. You should follow up the progress with your surgeon.
At three months there still is some swelling and there can be contour irregularities. This convalescence will be extended if the liposuction was assisted by a laser or ultrasound.
