At three months there still is some swelling and there can be contour irregularities. This convalescence will be extended if the liposuction was assisted by a laser or ultrasound.

Thank you for your question and photographs, and I am sorry that your results have not been what you anticipated.  Some mild contour irregularities after liposuction are common but tend to resolve as your body heals and swelling resolves.  By three months much of your swelling should be gone but only an in-person examination can help determine this.  If you have significant lumps/bumps then a visit to your surgeon may be in order for reassurance or treatment alternatives - different garments, cessation of garments, or surgical revision.  Hope that this helps.

It is still early to determine the chronic duration of your swelling. Without a physical exam is difficult to determine the irregularities that you are talking about. Please be patient and give it time. Revisions should be hold until after 6 months to a year from your procedure. 

Finally, make sure that your doctor is
aware of your process. He should be able to guide you best in your care.

Some lumpiness is very common early after liposuction.this typically begins improving around six weeks after the procedure.Most patients lumpiness should be resolving by three months though it can take substantially longer.It's hard to know for sure what this represents.The early and openness often see me after normal liposuction represents swelling, Inflammation and earl scar tissue formation.Uneven contours can be perceived as lumpiness which could represent liposuction simply not done evenly.Follow up with your plastic surgeon and address your concerns to him or her.
