Is it safe to have Botox treatment if I have lupus?

Hi. I am 36 years old lady who was diagnosed with lupus nephritis when I was 22 years old. I'm under medication treatment of hydro chloroquine and mycphenolic acid. Is it safe for me to have a botox in my face?Many thanks in advance.
