Is there any way to make my neck less wide? (photo)

I would not recommend using Botox to try and make your neck less wide because I don't think it would work and it would affect the movement of your neck.

Unfortunately I don't think Botox injections will slim the appearance of your neck and shoulder area.  I recommend working with a trainer to help define your physique to better match the look you want.

Dear CA,A wide neck can have several components that can not be altered, like muscle, ligaments and cartilage.First start with a physical exam.If you have fatty deposits and loose skin, then yes, you can get a slimmer neck and tighter skin.
