I’m considering getting a mommy makeover, I wanted a full tummy tuck and an uplift with implants but the surgeon has suggested FDL and an uplift only other option would be tummy tuck with lipo. What do you think?

Answer: Mommy makeover with The Bellesoma Lift and tummy tuck with mesh I would begin with the breasts first. I recommend a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, a tummy tuck can be done. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. Answer: Considering procedures Based on your photos I think you would have nice results from a full tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring. It doesn't appear from the photos that an FDL is needed. As you have ample breast tissue, you could consider a lift without implants. If upper pole fullness or more volume is desired, you can consider adding an implant.

Ultimately the best decision can only be made with an in-person examination but I would advocate for 360 lipo and a full tummy tuck in addition to a breast lift as it appears you have a good amount of natural breast tissue.
