Fainted after removing compression garment on day 2 after laser liposuction?

This isn't typical. I recommend following up with your Doctor. Keep in mind, you can have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. Lymphatic massage and venus legacy treatments can give improvement. Laser Lipo needs a combination approach to get the best results. Safety is a top priority after surgery. Always stay hydrated, eat leafy green vegetables and keep doors unlocked in case of an emergency. When taking off your compression garment, you should be laying down to prevent fainting/dizziness that could result in a dangerous fall. When the garment is completely off, sit up for a couple of minutes to let your body understand the change of blood flow then slowly stand up with assistance, wait for a couple of minutes again then slowly begin to walk. Having someone with you to assist with taking your garment off and putting it back on will be very helpful. 

Thank you for your question. It is unusual to have a syncopal spell two days out from a liposuction case. A couple of things could have precipitated it. First, the dressing changes themselves can cause anxiety similar to someone having blood drawn and passing out. Second, you undoubtedly have some swelling and if you are not staying well hydrated this could further contribute to your syncope. I would suggest going in to your physicians office for your dressing change if you cannot have someone do it for you. Best to have it done laying down so that you do not pass out.
