This is a tough situation because additional cryolipolysis will likely get you into more trouble.  Liposuction in the adjacent areas to help blend the zone is very tricky.  The best approach is likely fat transfer to the indentations.  

This is one of the potential issues that can arise with coolscultping. Although the treatment is effective, the applicators can generally only target a specific area. This can leave patients with the deformity you describe, where this a distinct transition (almost like a ledge or shelf) between the treated area and the untreated area next to it. I have seen multiple patients present with this complaint. I find the most effective treatment to be conservative liposuction of the surrounding areas. Unlike coolscuplting, liposuction can be feathered at the periphery so there is less of a distinct cut-off between the treated and untreated areas.

It takes 3-6 months for final results with Coolsculpting. Keep in mind, some people need more than one treatment of Coolsculpting and for best results with Coolsculpting, I recommend a combination approach. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing to improve your final results. However, VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF would give you best results for body shaping, but would require more downtime. See an expert.
