In general, you can tell the difference between a full and mini tummy tuck if there is a scar around your belly button (which I cannot tell from the pictures).  Freckles or moles may move lower, or even be removed during a tummy tuck, but this is mostly dependent on where they started before surgery; moles that are closer to the ribs before surgery will move much less than ones closer to the belly button or below.  You also talk about your breasts but I do not see you mention that you had surgery on them.  You should raise your questions or concerns with your original surgeon and may also seek out a second opinion from a different board certified plastic surgeon in your area.  Good luck.
