Post op hardness on my right side of incision. Should I be concerned?

ITm 4 7yr old, diabetic, have undergone a liposuction of my lower back and tummy tuck 4 weeks ago. For last 2 days I am noticing some hardness on my right side of incision. There is redness as well on that area.There is no pain or any tenderness on that area. Left side is soft also full abdomen feels ok.

Pain medications can slow the movement of the bowels.  However, at this stage in your recovery, I don't suspect you are still taking pain medications.  I would suggest an evaluation with a gastroenterologist or start with your primary care doctor.  Good luck and be safe.John T....

Congratulations on your weight loss. It looks like most of your problem is now skin. You could try non surgical treatment like the Viora Reaction but surgery would be the best treatment. Good luck.
