I got my breasts augmented in September 2024. I have 385 & 405cc. I feel like theyre uneven, esprcially when I raise my arms for certain poses.

Thank you for the question. From the photos, it appears that the implants are well-positioned, and the asymmetries are due to your natural breasts, i.e. the implants revealed existing asymmetries.

Based on the photos you submitted, I would say that it appears like one of your implants (looks like your left side in the pictures) may have descended more inferiorly than the other side. It would be helpful to compare your "after" pictures to your "before" pictures to see if this is due to pre-existing asymmetries in the position of the areolas and/or inframammary fold, or if the implant has simply dropped just a little more. It would also be helpful to know if the implants are silicone/saline and on top of or underneath the muscle. Overall you have a very nice aesthetic result!

Based on posted photos yes there is slight asymmetry, but I assume you were asymmetrical preoperatively???? Best to virtual consult to discuss
