2 years post op asymmetry - could this be improved under local anesthetic? (Photos)

Looking for your professional opinion on 2 things: 1).I am very happy with the result overall, but a little bit bothered by a small amount of seeming asymmetry. Specifically, it seems like the two implants did not settle the same way/in the same part of the breast. Can you please give your thoughts about whether I am being too critical? 2) if your opinion is that a revision could address my concerns, could you please tell me if there might be an option for a simpler local anesthetic fix? I am not likely to do another general anesthesia, major revision. This is my second attempt after the first bottomed out. Dual plane natrelle 265cc 41 yo Thanks!
