Have my implants bottomed out again for the second time? What can I do? (Photos)

I originally had breast lift with implants in 2024 they bottomed out and i went had a revision to fix this. It’s been 6 months now have they bottomed out again? Why does this keep happening. I can’t afford to pay for another revision what can i do?
