Vitamins supplements after FUE?

Hello, I'am 3 months and 20 days post FUE. I want to know if it's ok to take vitamins supplement (vit B, E, zinc)? Thank you in advance

There are no products that will make your hair transplant surgery grow any better or faster.  The success of your hair transplant surgery is primarily dependent on the doctor and the technicians who worked on you.Vitamins or supplement are your choice to take.

Those vitamins will likely have no effect on your hair transplant results, so you are free to take them as you otherwise would.

The vitamins you mention are fine to take.  They will not likely help or hurt your hair growth.  Avoiding "mega doses" of vit E and C immediately post-op is wise, because they have been found to promote scar tissue (collagen) formation.  But those others you mention might actually help with hair growth.

Yes you can absolutely take vitamin supplements at that phase. You should also be experiencing some hair regrowth soon if you haven't yet. Consult your surgeon whenever in doubt. Have a great day.

Should be just fine. However, make sure you discuss this with the clinic that performed your FUE. Most clinics have their own set of specific guidelines, and you want to follow these instructions "to a T."

There is no need for vitamins after FUE but you you feel comfortable taking them, go for it. Unless you are deficient in some critical vitamin, taking them has no value
