Hello, I'am 3 months and 20 days post FUE. I want to know if it's ok to take vitamins supplement (vit B, E, zinc)? Thank you in advance

It is normal to have shedding of your transplanted hair weeks after surgery.  It may take  6 to 12 months to see growth.  If you don't have shedding you're lucky.

Contact your doctor and you doctor may be able to mail it to you.  Otherwise you can use any mild shampoo.  Some doctors give out baby shampoo.
