Is there anything else I can buy to take it's place or am totally screwed.

Contact your doctor and you doctor may be able to mail it to you.  Otherwise you can use any mild shampoo.  Some doctors give out baby shampoo.

You probably should be fine using any kind of baby shampoo (or possibly even some less harsh normal shampoos), I wouldn't worry too much about it. When in doubt you should just call your doctor and ask if they have any recommendations or if there is some way you can find the same shampoo somewhere else.

İt does not matter , no need to worry about it . you can use any kind of shampoo but should better use baby shampoo or seba med every day shampoo and bepanthol lotion for normal skin

Just ask the clinic for their advice. There are 300,000 patients getting hair transplants each and every year and everyone is using a slightly different routine. A plain shampoo will likely suffice. So no, it's not going to have a big impact. Contact your clinic for guidance though.

You will be fine.  Almost any shampoo will work.  I usually recommend zinc pyrithione (head and shoulders).
Bottom line: Don't panic.  The hair will still grow.

You can use baby shampoo which works well instead of the medicated shampoo many doctors prescribe. A good conditioner all works well
