Did I get a bad liposuction job? Advice? (photos)

Thank you for your question and photos. I think you answered your own question. This is not only bad liposuction, it is awful. I don't know who your "surgeon" was, but definitely not a board certified plastic surgeon. Sorry to say, your preop photo looks way better. You have so many poke holes that it looks like a measles outbreak on your abdomen. I would say it is not how much was removed, but how it was removed, left you with this very bad deformity. This is my recommendation: 1. do not go back to this surgeon for "revision" even if it promised to be done for free. 2. You need liposuction and contouring done by someone who is a real surgeon and has experience in body sculpting surgery. 3. This is not a revision, it is a whole new procedure to correct these deformities. 4. Wait 6 months before seeking consultations with board certified plastic surgeons only. Pending a formal evaluation, you may be a good candidate for a Revision Liposuction. You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. 
The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal.
