I would not recommend more fat removal, but you could consider fat grafting and even Sculptra injections to try to improve smoothness. I would suggest fat injections for the deeper areas, and then follow with Sculptra about 3 to 4 months later.

Pending a formal evaluation, you may be a good candidate for a Revision Liposuction. You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. Its likely you will need skin removal and fat grafting to get improvement.

Kybella is worthless. Once in a while a little tweeking after liposuction is needed to smooth out areas that are uneven or wavy. It is done under local and easy to undergo. Skin tightening with Bodytite RF is done at the same time for best results. Always give your doc a chance to improve the results with a touch up procedure. It is only fair and logical. He/she probably will only charge for the operating room fees or something that is reasonable. Fat that is dislodged or free floating during the liposuction process can settle in pockets that appear lumpy or bumpy or sometimes it is scar tissue developing which just needs a little cortisone shot to dissolve. If you go to another doc to improve the results then you must expect to pay full price as a new patient. Touch up lipos can be done as early as 4 months post op the original procedure in many cases.
