Yes I would agree that you are losing volume and this is making you look older and more tired.  I would recommend first to do Restylane underneath the eyes to restore volume so the eyes would look refreshed. You also would benefit from another filler in your laugh lines and in the corners of mouth. 

The placement of filler in the areas of concern for you can help restore the volume.  Otherwise your skin and other aspects of aging are very stable.

If you feel you have lost volume I would recommend bringing rejuvenation back through the use of fillers. Restylane is a great option but recommend meeting with an experienced injection specialist to help determine a good treatment plan for you.

I would recommend a filler in your tear troughs, such as belotero or restylane. This would help with your concerns.
