Should I consider a breast implant revision? 7 years post op and feels like they are rotating

I had my first implants (750cc) placed in 2010. I had a lift with smaller implants (500&550cc) in 2017. I’ve never had a problem. I’ve recently lost almost 50 pounds and for the last few days, I have had mild pain/soreness in both breasts, upper chest and underarm area. I also noticed when I lean over to pick something up, it feels like the implant is rotating. They do not feel hard, but I can tell they have sagged a bit since losing the weight. They are silicone and under the muscle. TIA!
