Should I consider a breast implant revision? 7 years post op and feels like they are rotating

It is unlikely that your symptoms are related to your breast implants, but this cannot be ruled out without an examination. A follow-up appointment with your surgeon would be suggested as well as an appointment with your primary care physician or gynecologist.

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. If you have lost weight that should not change the pocket of the implants. The sagging is most likely excess skin from the weight loss. You would benefit from a mastopexy.

You did not submit photos, but with weight loss, your breasts have less fat. First, lose all the weight you wish and then go visit with a plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns and options.

Revision surgery isn’t going to change the perception you have of having implants.
Breast pain is very common, and most women will have some breast pain throughout their life.
Without seeing pictures, we can’t begin to make an assessment.
If you don’t like your outcome then you should consider a revision.
to get an assessment either follow up with your plastic surgeon or schedule an in person second opinion consultation with another provider in your community.
