535cc, under muscle, Mentor, UHP, breast implant size and position? What's happened? (Photos)

Question

I had a bi-lateral breast augmentation on 25/09/23, with Mentor Siltex Ultra high profile 535cc implants under muscle. The R breast is 2 cupsizes smaller than the left but has thicker breast tissue mass as per Mammogram images. Why please? Whats happened? This has been the result since waking from surgery, it hasnt happened overtime or suddenly changed in appearance.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

One implant is sitting higher than the other. You may have a capsule and/or the implant never dropped. go back to your surgeon.
