Any suggestions on the color in mustache area after Juvederm? (photos)

I had one syringe of juvaderm injected in my upper and lower lip 6 days ago - it was injected into the lip line and lip body. I have a weird mark on my entire mustache area about 1cm above the injection area. It is hard to see on my skin because it's a light brown/yellow color . Could this be hyper pigmentation from the injection or what else? I know its not tyndal effect because it is not discolored in the injection area, but above it. Im hoping it's just a bruise but it is strange looking

It is very common to bruise after a Juvederm injection and it should subside shortly. Before your next injection - try discontinuing products such as aspirin, fish oil, etc that are known to thin the blood and increase the chance of bruising. A product called Arnica Montana can be taken immediately following injections as well to help with decreasing the chance of bruising. I always tell my patients to not love their filler
injections for 2 weeks. Swelling is very common and sometimes immediate. It can
last 3-7 days and a good idea is to use cold compresses. Cold compresses may be
used immediately after treatment to reduce swelling only if needed. This may be
applied for 3 minutes, 3 times per day, for up to 3 days. This is best done
with a bag of peas in a zip lock bag. Only apply light pressure to the area but
gentle massage might be necessary if the bump is from the filler material
itself. Get Arnica gel if you can find some and apply a few times a day as well
to help treat any swelling. Avoid any blood thinners. Bruising can also last
1-2 weeks. I don't recommend hyaluronidase this early and wait a few weeks
until the swelling has resolved. If it is persistent or you are worried, set up
a follow up appointment with your dermatologist.

You are experiencing a little bruising after the filler.  This will dissapate quickly in 2 weeks and be no problem.  Do not get sunburned.  My Best,  Dr C
