Lips are sensitive to any trauma and multiple needle injections from filler will cause them to swell. This is normal and some patient's swelling resolves faster than others.  It is hard to predict how long they will be swollen, but if you avoid spicy foods, hot liquids, excessive lip use/massage of the lips, they will calm down eventually.  You should revisit your injector and be examined, sometimes some medication may be prescribed to speed up the swelling resolution.

a Juvederm, Restylane or Perlane treatment there is hardly any downtime at all.
Although, with lip treatments, there is a certain amount of noticeable swelling
that can last for several days.I suggest you consult with your board certified facial plastic surgeon who performed the injections. Schedule a follow-up consultation to express your concerns.
