You have a very youthful appearance in your periocular area with only a minimal amount of redundant skin in your upper eyelids. A skin only upper blephroplasty would remove your redundant upper eyelid skin, refreshing your eyes and brighten your appearance. Loose skin of the upper eyelids is often caused by brow ptosis. There are surgical and non surgical treatments to address both brow ptosis and the loose skin. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon who offer different treatment modalities to discuss which option suits you best.
