Hi , a long time ago I had breast implants Wich I believe messed up my skin w weight fluctuations and other medications that caused rapid inflammatory and other stuff , so my face has changed like actually a ton !! And the picture of me with no makeup is today this morning the picture with pearl necklace a month b4. I had more eyelid space more symmetry and I j like my nose and everything ! What can I do to look like that permanently / can I be made like the exact drawings and big eyes like girl

Let's deal with real life realities. You have central levator disinsertion. This is causing latent ptosis with a compensatory eyebrow elevation. If your forehead were to relax, your upper eyelids would be heavy or ptotic. Your brain compensates by contracting the frontalis muscle. It is possible to have an anchor blepharoplasty to repair the disinserting anterior levator aponeurosis. This often allows the eyebrows to relax down and would give you less separation between the eyebrows and the eyelashes and a stronger appearance of an upper eyelid fold. A detailed, in-person assessment is needed to confirm these recommendations. Your eyes can be your best feature.
