Hi , a long time ago I had breast implants Wich I believe messed up my skin w weight fluctuations and other medications that caused rapid inflammatory and other stuff , so my face has changed like actually a ton !! And the picture of me with no makeup is today this morning the picture with pearl necklace a month b4. I had more eyelid space more symmetry and I j like my nose and everything ! What can I do to look like that permanently / can I be made like the exact drawings and big eyes like girl

Answer: Looking like a cartoon is an unrealizable fantasy.
I think we could likely place a filler there, or create an orbital rim implant to go there to fill in that gap. And, we could likely start with one and go to the other if you were happy.
