Hello again, I had a consultation with a surgeon for a transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty. He suggested that I only do a fat removal and that fat repositionning is not a good idea. My main issue are the dark circles and pufiness. He said that shadows caused by the fat are the main reason for my dark circles and that removing around 70% of the fat should do the trick to fix my problem. Less fat=less shadows=better dark circles.I have an ex in the photos where i pull the skin. Is it enough?
